Customization Options: Allow customers to work with a jewellery designer to create custom pieces tailored to their specifications. This could include choosing specific gemstones, metals, settings, and design elements to create a one-of-a-kind piece.
Certifications and Authenticity: We provide certificates of authenticity and/or appraisal for our jewellery, depending on the item and its value. These certificates typically include information about the materials used, such as the type and quality of gemstones and metals, as well as details about the craftsmanship.
Our products are all provided with exquisite packaging:

・Please use a soft ruler at the thinnest part of your wrist, stick it to your wrist in a circle, and measure your hand circumference. You don't need to reserve space for yourself.
・For example, if the measurement is 13.8cm, just remark "13.8cm" in the shopping cart.
・If you don't have a tape measure, you can use a thin wire or earphone wire instead.
・If you are not sure, you can take a photo and send it to us for viewing.
If you have a preference for wearing habits, please note to inform:

Shipping Times & Carriers
Orders are typically shipped within 1–2 business days after being placed.
Customized items may require additional processing time, usually 3–5 business days.
We also ship during weekends and holidays.
Packages are shipped via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, FedEx, or DHL.
Free Shipping Threshold
All orders qualify for free shipping.
International & Canadian Shipping
International orders are shipped within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 5–7 business days, depending on customs processing and potential freight delays.
Shipments are handled by DHL or other international carriers.
All shipping fees, customs duties, and VAT are paid at checkout.
No additional charges will be collected upon delivery.
Our Exchange & Return Policy
We know that you will love what you ordered but if something doesn't work out, we will gladly accept unwanted or defective merchandise for return or exchange within 30 days from the shipping date. Unless you are processing an exchange, $5 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. "Final Sale” means the specified items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Items purchased outside of the United States are not eligible for returns due to customs issues.
